Pasquale Gianni,
Communications Director

Pasquale joined Morreale in February 2026 and serves as a strategic communications director, overseeing healthcare projects for top Illinois public health agencies. In this role, Pasquale develops strategies and tactics for campaigns with the goal of reaching diverse audiences while simultaneously managing project deliverables and timelines. He is responsible for developing and executing communication plans and deliverables, preparing public meeting summaries and reports, crafting stakeholder engagement strategies, and providing counsel on thought leadership and crisis communications.

With over 15 years in communications and public relations, he specializes in consumer, technology, and healthcare brand storytelling, with deep expertise in corporate communications, crisis management, executive visibility, and media relations. His work consistently focuses on building compelling narratives that elevate brand reputation and drive measurable business outcomes.

Pasquale has previously served as Vice President at Ketchum, where he led day-to-day public relations operations for Gilead Sciences and as Senior Communications Manager at Curative, where he led all PR and communications efforts for both its COVID-19 response initiatives and healthcare insurance business.

He brings a well-rounded skill set that includes proficiency in leading communications tools and platforms, as well as extensive experience leveraging media intelligence resources to inform strategy and measure success.
