Silvia is a highly experienced professional in the field of graphic design, creative direction, web design, and photography, with an impressive portfolio spanning over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in managing large-scale multichannel campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and mentorship to fellow designers.

Currently, at Morreale, Silvia holds a prominent position where she leads various projects including large integrated campaigns in print, digital design, website design, UI/UX, and video production. Her expertise in these areas allows her to bring a unique perspective to each project, ensuring that the final outcome is not only visually appealing but also highly effective in achieving its intended goals.

One of Silvia's notable strengths lies in her ability to engage and involve the public in her work. She understands the importance of creating designs that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the desired message. She held 10 years of experience in public involvement and outreach in the transportation, mobility, and infrastructure. This has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of effective communication and stakeholder engagement in this field.

As an Associate Product Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, she played a pivotal role in leading the design and management of K-12 supplemental intervention products. Her expertise and dedication were instrumental in ensuring that these products met the needs of educators and students alike, providing valuable support and resources for educational success.

Her exceptional work and contributions did not go unnoticed. She was honored with the prestigious Publicity Club of Chicago Gold Trumpet Award for her outstanding leadership in designing and planning special events, including the highly acclaimed SOS Children Village Evening of Hope, IPHA Altzheimer Early Detection Branding Campaign, CDOT Commercial Avenue - Inclusive Strategy Garners Major Results (Community Relations), and Illinois Community Health Workers (Public Affairs). Hermes Creative Awards Alzheimer’s Disease Early Detection Awareness Campaign, and Marcom Creative Award for Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA), Know Mpox Illinois - Gold Winner and Platinum for the IPHA Tripledemic Campaign for pandemic response.

Silvia, is a professional lifestyle photographer and resides in Geneva with her teenage daughter.
